Order Processing Times
We process all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving the order, outside of weekends and public holidays. This time is not included in the full delivery time indicated below.
We ship out orders daily, Monday to Friday. We offer both Standard and Express delivery for both the UK and International shipping - see rates and delivery times below.
Pre-Order & Made-to-Order
Some of our products are made-to-order and therefore, the individual product detail page will indicate a specific timeframe in which our pre-order or made-to-order products will be dispatched. Usually, we open pre-orders up to 3 months before the order processing will start.

Please note: With the ever-changing landscape as an after-effect of COVID-19, some delays may also occur when shipping to countries that may be experiencing travel restrictions and lockdowns. A delivery confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the order has been sent. This email will contain a tracking number and the date we dispatch the order.
If you want to know the status of your delivery, please use the tracking number and link in this delivery confirmation email. This is the quickest way for you to get this information.
Duties & Taxes
USA & Australian customers: Duties and taxes do not apply for orders under the value of US$800 in the USA and orders under the value of AUD$1000 in Australia.
European customers: We are pleased to let customers know that we now ship to the EU duty paid (DDP). Some countries customs' still request duties paid by the consignee, if there is any issues with your postal service upon delivery to the EU, please get in touch with us: info@fridarome.com so we can help
ROW customers: Your order may be subject to duties or taxes upon arrival into the country where you live. You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes that apply. These are government-imposed, and we have no control over as a retailer. Should you require more information, please contact your local customs office.
Depending on the postal service at your destination, you will have either an option to pay any additional fees online by following the tracking number available once order is shipped or directly to your courier upon delivery. NB: you are required to pay these import taxes before your order will be released to you.
Unfortunately, if you fail to pay any charges and the parcel is returned to us, we will not be able to refund your order.
